the parents shaking their heads are idiots. I can’t stand parents who think they know all about raising a child just because they squeezed one out.
You have to have a calm and soothing voice to communicate with children. This gal ain’t got it! Jo Frost does. I was in the trenches for many years myself and I KNOW there is no other way to learn how to be a care giver for children than to BE A CAREGIVER!! I started at age 12 and continued until I was in my early 20′s when I decided to switch careers.
